    We were delighted to find this excellent Italian restaurant.
    A good welcome, a good menu, good Italian food and very good service and wine list including by the glass always a good idea for those capable of being tempted out of their comfort zone!

    I've recently had dinner there with 2 other people and my daughter who is 2. I found their attitude to be very inflexible and not child friendly at all. They would not make any exceptions to the menu nor offer anything that would be appealing to a 2 year old. Also their menu is too heavy on the meat side.

    Lots of hard surfaces so feels a little cold. The restaurant empties out early so come early or you will be on your own.

    Well priced & a nice selection, but we missed the Ataraxia

    Food
    One of the better places to eat in Claremont

    One of the few good Italian restaurants in Cape Town. The veal dishes are superb - most recently had the veal with asparagus which was excellent.
