Terrible attitude towards patrons. I made a booking for 21 people for my daughter's birthday on Wednesday 13 Jan09. Gave the guy all me details, said that they have a function co-coordinator, whom will contact me. When I phone them on Friday 15th Jan to confirm my booking, the manager Matthew tells me that I did not book at the restaurant and that they are fully booked and will not be able to help us. He was arrogant and insisted that I made a booking at another restaurant. I went to papachinos and met with Matthew, as arrogant and stubborn in person than over the phone, showing me their booking register and insisting that I did not book with them, even to point of saying that I wrote the name down of person whom I did the booking with after he told me the name. I then made a booking at Picolinos Pizzeria in Forways, great kid’s venue, my daughter had a wonderful birthday and I mentioned to all my 19 guests of the disgusting customer service received from the staff at Papaochinos Crowthrone.
