He is also involved in the “High End” Kitchen business as founder of a chain of exclusive stores. Fortunato exercises his love for Olive Oil and Wine by his involvement as a producer of award winning examples of both. His passion in life apart from food and writing, which he pursues as part of his commitment to the upliftment of standards in the hospitality industry in South Africa, is Opera. |
